Mission

Processing of securities transfers, both incoming and outgoing (RFP-DFP)
Daily contacts and follow up with counterparties and custodians
Daily follow up and investigation of all outstanding portfolio and securities transfers
Make sure to always have a customer?s focused attitude and respect deadlines
Be able to challenge the current processes and propose potential improvement
Documentation of processes and exceptions

Profil

Banking or commercial training (CFC as a minimum, bachelor's degree an asset)
Previous working experience of a least 2 years in the settlement area and banking environment. THIS EXPERIENCE MUST BE IN SWITZERLAND.
Excellent knowledge of SWIFT and especially MT54X messages
Knowledge of GTExchange, GTMatch is an asset
Fluent in French and English, German is an asset
Very good communication and organizational skills
Proactive and able to take initiatives
Ability to work independently, to take informed decisions and determine own priorities
Ability to work collaboratively with the team and adapt in a continuously changing environment
