Mission

Responsibilities : 

  • Processing of securities transfers, both incoming and outgoing (RFP-DFP)
  • Daily contacts and follow up with counterparties and custodians
  • Daily follow up and investigation of all outstanding portfolio and securities transfers
  • Make sure to always have a customer?s focused attitude and respect deadlines
  • Be able to challenge the current processes and propose potential improvement
  • Documentation of processes and exceptions

Profil

Profile :

  • Banking or commercial training (CFC as a minimum, bachelor's degree an asset)
  • Previous working experience of a least 2 years in the settlement area and banking environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of SWIFT and especially MT54X messages
  • Knowledge of GTExchange, GTMatch is an asset|
  • Fluent in French and English, German is an asset
  • Very good communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive and able to take initiatives
  • Ability to work independently, to take informed decisions and determine own priorities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team and adapt in a continuously changing environment
