Core Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Growth: Develop strategic plans for key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Trusted Advisor: Provide personalized advice, understand business goals, and offer solutions across multiple products/services.

Problem Resolution: Handle escalated issues and conflicts for complex, priority clients.
Reporting & Feedback: Monitor account performance, report on activities, and relay client feedback to improve offering
Key skills
Experience: Significant proven success as a Relationship Manager, often requiring 10+ years in banking/asset management.
Minimum clients portfolio : 20 Millons CHF to be transferred (private, no institutional)
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Analytical: Strong ability to analyze client needs, market trends, and data.
Business Acumen: Deep understanding of the industry, products, and sales processes.
Leadership: Ability to work independently, lead client engagements, and mentor others.
