Main responsabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the HR IT tools support, from legacy to new HCM tool. Participating also in all test campaigns to ensure non regression and smooth delivery in all releases.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as technical and functional support for HR applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.
Analyze and optimize PL/SQL scripts for all HR tools needed.
Conduct thorough non regression testing to ensure application quality and performance.
Collaborate with HR, IT teams, and external vendors to implement solutions and improvements.
Synchronize with Oracle and other third-party providers for application updates and integrations.
Document processes and maintain accurate records of support activities.
Assist in user training and provide guidance on HR application usage.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in application support, specifically HR tools.
Strong skills in PL/SQL development and testing.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to interact with HR users, technical teams, and third-party providers.
Experience in vendor management and third-party coordination.
Proficiency English and French skills mandatory
