Microsoft Senior System Engineer

Main responsabilities
Provide production support for our Microsoft environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, including regular system audits and updates.
Manage and resolve complex incidents and problems, minimizing downtime and mitigating impacts on business operations.
Management and implementation of Microsoft-related technologies, including but not limited to Active Directory, DNS.
Work with the team on Microsoft infrastructure desgin
Implement and maintain system monitoring solutions to preemptively identify potential issues (SCOM).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and integration of new technologies.
Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and lead problem management processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and service records.
Automate reccuring task
Work with the team and Project Management Office on assigned project if any
Be part of the team rotation 24/7 oncall
Must have with strong expertise in :

Microsoft Infra (AD, DHCP, , SCOM)
SCCM
Exchange 2019
MS Teams
Nice to have :

M365
Citrix
AirWatch MDM Mobility plateform

English AND French fluent
